When providing investment brokerage, Svea Kuschel + Kolleginnen acts as a contractually bound broker exclusively for the account and under the liability of PEH Vermögensmanagement GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the liability umbrella). Constanze Hintze is also employed by PEH without a salary claim. In this function, she is responsible for asset management and customer care at PEH. The PEH is based in Bettinastr. 57-59, 60325 Frankfurt / Main and is subject to the supervision of the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority based in Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn. As a bank-independent asset manager, our liability umbrella is a member of the compensation scheme for securities trading companies (EdW) and the Association of Independent Asset Managers (VuV).
